Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m a researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where I explore scientific questions at the intersection of artificial intelligence/machine learning, quantum information, optics/photonics, and chemical physics.

Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Eric Bittner at the University of Houston, investigating stochastic processes in chemical physics and developing computational techniques for spectroscopy. I completed my Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at the same institution, working in the Surface Lab under Prof. Steven Baldelli. My doctoral work focused on developing super-resolution sum-frequency generation (SFG) microscopy for surface chemistry, applying deep learning to spectroscopic imaging, and analyzing the molecular properties of materials such as organic semiconductors, self-assembled monolayers, and semiconductor surfaces.

Earlier in my academic journey, I earned a B.S. in Physics and Computer Science from LUMS University in Pakistan, where I also established an Optics Lab for undergraduate research and training.

Feel free to explore the rest of this website to learn more about my research interests, technical projects, and scientific contributions.
